Every client, their own room
Your clients’ work, front and centre — not rows in a spreadsheet.
Each client gets a room in their own colours: their feed as it will look, what’s waiting on them, and whether they’re on track. Open Jimis and the whole app turns orange.
The real problem
Your agency shouldn’t run on WhatsApp.
Nobody wakes up wanting “a better content management platform”. They wake up to these — every day, for every client.
“We’re managing 15 brands, 80 pieces of content, 6 editors, 4 shoots and 20 WhatsApp conversations — and something is always falling through the cracks.”

Six tools, no single truth.
One connected workflow, for every client.
- 01PlanCalendars, campaigns and scripts per client
- 02ProduceShoot days, edits, versions
- 03ReviewInternal sign-off, notes on each version
- 04ApproveOne WhatsApp link for the client
- 05PublishStraight to Instagram on schedule
- 06MeasureWhat worked, fed into the next plan
Right now, one reel lives in a group chat, a Drive folder and a spreadsheet.
Approvals get buried. Nobody knows which cut the client said yes to. The calendar is wrong by Tuesday.
In Greenlit, it’s one post — and it knows exactly where it stands.
Every version, comment, approval and date in one place. Your team and your client look at the same thing.
How it works
Plan. Produce. Approve. Publish. Measure. One connected workflow.
0101Plan
Plan a month in one sentence.
Type what the client needs. Greenlit drafts the titles and hooks, books shoot days and works every deadline back from the posting date. You check it, then apply.
- Or keep planning in Google Sheets — it stays in sync
- Deadlines per stage, worked back from the post date
0201Shoot
Shoot days that don’t fall apart.
One call sheet per shoot with crew, location and a shot list built from every reel on the day. Greenlit warns you the evening before if concepts aren’t final.
- Bank shots for later posts, so one shoot goes further
- Wrap the day and every piece moves to edit
0301Review
Feedback pinned to the second.
Upload the cut and comment on the exact frame, or the exact slide of a carousel. Versions sit side by side, so nobody argues about what changed.
- Timecoded comments, resolved as you fix them
- Every version kept, nothing lost in a thread
0402Approve
Clients approve from WhatsApp.
Send one link on WhatsApp. Your client watches the cut on their phone and approves or asks for changes — no login, no app, no email chains.
- Or the whole campaign plan in one tap
- Greenlit learns how fast each client approves
0503Publish
Live on time. Then learn what worked.
Approved posts publish to Instagram at their slot. Posts are matched back to the plan and their numbers show what to make more of next month.
- Reels, carousels and stories
- Reach, saves and shares by format, angle and time

Monday, 9am. What needs my attention?

Why Greenlit
Made for how an agency ships posts — not adapted from a to-do list.
Generic project tools are good at tasks. Agency work is posts, for clients, on dates — with scripts, shoots, approvals and Instagram in between. Here’s what changes.
One place, built around posts, clients and dates.
- Stages
Columns you invent, then keep fixing as work changes.
A pipeline per format: a reel goes script → shoot → edit → review; a carousel skips the shoot.
- Client approval
Screenshots on WhatsApp, “final_v3” in Drive, a guest login nobody uses.
A private link on WhatsApp. The client approves the exact version or asks for changes — no account needed.
- Scripts & shoots
A doc linked to a card, and a call sheet somewhere else.
Scripts are signed off first, land on their shoot day, and the crew ticks each one off — straight to edit.
- Client prep
Someone has to remember to tell the client what to arrange.
When a script is approved the client hears about it — with the dish off their menu and what to have ready.
- Deadlines
Every due date typed in by hand, wrong the moment the post date moves.
Worked back from the post date, and flagged at risk days before anything slips.
- Instagram
Posted by hand; numbers copied into slides.
Grid preview, scheduled publishing and insights from the client’s own account.
- Reports
An evening every month building decks per client.
A client report written and sent on the 1st — wins first — and a team report only admins see.
- Account health
You find out a client is unhappy when they message you.
Every client gets a verdict with the reason — approvals stalling, a shoot not ready, a launch window closing.
- Capacity
Guessing who has time, from memory.
Hours booked vs available per person, and a warning when a new plan would overrun the team.
- Who does what
Anyone can drag anything anywhere.
People move the posts they’re on. Reviewers review; they don’t upload.
Keep planning in your Google Sheet if you like — Greenlit reads it and keeps up. Nothing to migrate on day one.
Launches
A menu launch, run end to end — not in five spreadsheets.
Tease without giving it away. Reveal with creators on time. Keep every item alive, see what sold, and hand the client a report — then plan the next one with what you learned. Scroll through one.
Build curiosity. Give nothing away.
Every post before the reveal gets a reveal check at internal review — and Greenlit spots item names, prices and hashtags in captions before your client’s audience does.
- The client approves the whole plan in one tap
- The launch shoot banks footage for later posts

02Reveal
Reveal day, with creators on time.
Your creators got their WhatsApp brief with the dates, the items and their own order link. Greenlit tracks who’s live, who’s late — and counts real people clicking, not link-preview bots.

A report the client can open. Lessons for the next one.

Plan the next launchFor agencies of every size
Easy for a two-person studio. Solid for an agency of several teams.
Everyone does a bit of everything.
- Set up in ten minutes — bring your calendar from Google Sheets or Excel.
- One person can hold several jobs: script, shoot and edit.
- Approvals go out on WhatsApp. Clients don’t learn anything new.
- Account health tells you which client is about to slip — before you’ve hired a producer.
When it no longer fits in the founder’s head.
- Jobs and default assignees — new posts land with the right people.
- Capacity in hours per person, per week — before the edit queue backs up.
- Focus on one client at a time across the board, calendar and grid.
- Internal sign-off on scripts and cuts before anything reaches a client.
When the process has to hold without you in the room.
- Board rules by role: people only move the work they’re on.
- Separate workspaces for teams or entities, one login to switch between them.
- Client reports sent on the 1st, and team performance only admins see.
- Full launches — creators, order links and a wrap-up report per campaign.

The intelligence layer
It reads the whole board every morning — before your first chai.
AI isn’t why agencies switch — running the operation is. It’s why Greenlit gets sharper the longer you use it: rules work out the facts (what’s late, which client is slow to approve, which shoot isn’t ready, who’s out of hours), then the AI writes them up the way a good producer would, with the fix one click away.
Good morning, Riya. Four things need you before lunch.
- 01Pizza Pull could miss Friday — the edit hasn’t started. Karan has room tomorrow.Move to Karan
- 02Cluck & Co has 3 approvals waiting, slower than their usual two days.Nudge on WhatsApp
- 03Tomorrow’s Jimis shoot has 4 concepts still in draft.Open call sheet
- 04Ansh has 9 edits this week. Two can slip to Monday without missing a date.Review plan
Everything else
And the hundred small things a producer keeps in their head.
Greenlit keeps track of them so your best people can get back to making content.

Who is Greenlit for?+
Instagram-first content agencies and studios in India — from a two-person studio with a handful of brands to agencies with several teams — making content for food, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
How is it different from Trello, Asana or Notion?+
Those are built for tasks; an agency ships posts, for clients, on dates. Greenlit already knows a reel needs a script, a shoot, an edit and two approvals — and works the deadlines back from the post date. Clients approve on a WhatsApp link, scripts land on their shoot day, Instagram publishing and insights are built in, and the monthly client report writes itself. Nothing to set up from scratch.
And from Planable, Loomly or Sprout?+
Those start at the post: calendar, approval, publish, analytics. Greenlit runs the agency around it — campaigns, scripts, shoot days, edits, who has hours left, and which client is about to slip and why. Approvals and publishing are part of it, not the whole of it.
What is the control tower?+
The first screen you open. It shows every client’s health with the reason (“4 reels waiting for approval — the shoot is tomorrow”), what’s overdue, and each person’s hours booked against the hours they have. Plan new work and it tells you if the team can deliver it.
Do my clients need an account?+
No. Each client gets a private link you send on WhatsApp. They see only their own posts — never your internal notes, your team or other clients.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Your 14-day trial needs no card. When it ends the workspace becomes read-only until you pick a plan — nothing is deleted, and client approval links keep working.
How does billing work?+
Monthly or yearly through Razorpay — card, UPI Autopay or e-mandate. Prices are in rupees plus 18% GST, and you get a GST invoice for every payment. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period.
Can it run a whole menu launch?+
Yes. Plan it in one sentence — Greenlit lays out the tease, the reveal and the weeks after, with shoots and deadlines. It checks tease posts don’t give the items away, tracks creators and order links, warns when an item goes quiet, and writes the wrap-up report when it ends.
We plan in Google Sheets. Do we have to stop?+
No. Connect the sheet and Greenlit keeps up with it — new rows, moved dates, even Campaign, Phase and Angle columns. It only reads the sheet; it never edits it. You can also import a one-off CSV or Excel file.
How do you know which posts drove orders?+
Each item gets short order links — for the story sticker, the bio, each creator. Greenlit counts the people who click (not link previews or bots), and you add orders from Zomato, Swiggy, the website or the till, per item. The report puts them side by side.
Can Greenlit post to Instagram for us?+
Yes — once a client’s Instagram professional account is connected, approved posts, reels, carousels and stories can publish automatically at their scheduled time, or with one click.
Which AI does it use?+
Greenlit’s built-in AI is Claude. You can also connect your own Anthropic, Groq or OpenRouter key in Settings and pick from 450+ models. The AI only drafts and suggests — nothing changes until someone on your team accepts it.
Is our data safe?+
Every workspace is isolated. Files live in private cloud storage and are served through short-lived links; Instagram tokens and AI keys are encrypted. We don’t use your content to train AI models.
